The Project

A dual occupancy near Chadstone Shopping Centre. The clients came with award-winning architect drawings already prepared and quotes from several other builders. Those quotes followed the architectural specifications blindly, including product selections from suppliers the architect specified that carried significant cost premiums.

We kept every design intention intact and sourced equivalent products at lower cost. Window supply alone came in at half the price specified. The project delivered for significantly less than any competing quote. It sold above what the client had projected.

Design Features

Design-Led Cost Optimisation

The architectural intent was preserved entirely. What changed was the supply chain. Same products, better suppliers. The saving went back to the client's margin.

Chadstone Location Advantage

Proximity to Chadstone Shopping Centre was a key consideration in the feasibility assessment. The location supported the investment thesis from the outset.

Separate Street Addresses

Each dwelling was designed to read as its own home from the street. The development reads as a pair of residences, not a subdivided block.
