The Project

One of our earliest builds, for a first-home buyer on a modest block. The brief kept expanding: cinema room, hidden butler's pantry, finishes at a standard the budget didn't look like it could support. It did.

The finished home had four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two garage spaces and two living areas, one of them a dedicated cinema room. The hidden butler's pantry was a particular point of pride on a block where space had to be earned. The client came back years later and built a second, larger home with us.

Design Features

Hidden Butler's Pantry

A fully fitted butler's pantry concealed behind the main kitchen, functional storage and a second prep area on a block where every square metre was accounted for.

Dedicated Cinema Room

A separate cinema room was part of the brief from early in the design. Getting it onto the footprint alongside four bedrooms and a butler's pantry required careful planning of the floor plate.

Where Our Standards Were Set

This is one of our earliest builds and one of the ones we are most proud of. The finishes, the attention to detail and the client outcome set the benchmark that every project since has been held to.
