The Project
Our most recent completed project in Berwick. It was built for a long-term investor who knocks down and rebuilds in high-end suburbs across Melbourne. His brief was specific: nothing that looked like the volume-built homes going up around it.
Berwick had been saturated with volume builders producing the same modern facade on repeat. The client wanted something more substantial, more considered. The result stands apart from the street in both form and quality of finish. Five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, four living spaces including a theatre room and a pool, all on a 600 square metre block.

Luxury Over Modern
The facade deliberately breaks from the contemporary style common in Berwick. Every external detail was chosen to signal quality rather than follow a trend.
Theatre Room and Pool
Fitting a theatre room, four living spaces and a swimming pool onto a 600 square metre block required careful planning at every stage of the design.
Seven Bathrooms
Seven bathrooms across five bedrooms and four living spaces. Each fitted to a standard that treats the bathroom as a room in its own right, not an afterthought.
